Saw this today at
ArtbyJ Studios in Belmont, NC and thought it was absolutely stunning! What a clever idea to make an otherwise mundane area of your home totally spectacular. It looks like they painted it on strips of board cut just the right size then attached them to the stairs afterwards so the picture remains perfectly proportional.
